＊ be in charge of～で「～を担当して、～の責任者で、～を管理して」
という意味。
I'm in charge of marketing. だと、マーケティング部の部長という
ことになります。単なる一員の場合は、I'm in marketing.
I'm in charge of this project. なら、「このプロジェクトの責任者
です」。単なる一員なら I'm working on this project.
注意して使ってくださいね☆

＊ 先週の6/11号でご紹介したフレーズ I'll take you to our conference
room.（会議室にお連れします）に関して、I'm taking you to～ではダメ
ですか？ というご質問をいただきました。
近い未来のことを述べるときの will と現在進行形の使い分けに関して、
ネイティブのアドバイザーAndrewに尋ねてみましたので、原文とあわせて
ご紹介しますね。
“I'm taking you to ...”is used when the person saying it has
made the decision without consulting the other person.
（“I'm taking you to～”は、他の人に相談せずに決めたときに使い
ます）
EX1. A student misbehaves in class so the teacher says“I'm
taking you to the principal's office!”
（例１： 生徒が何か悪いことをして、先生が「校長室に連れていきま
す！」というとき）
EX2. A mother makes a dentist appointment for her son. She says
to her son“I'm taking you to the dentist tomorrow at
10:00am.”
（例２： 母親が息子の歯医者の予約をし、「明日朝１０時に歯医者に連
れていくからね」というとき）
For a receptionists situation“I'll take you to the conference
room.”or“I'll show you to the(our) conference room.”are best.
The receptionist shouldn't use “I'm taking you to the conference
room.”It doesn't fit in this situation.
（受付の場合は、“I'll take you to the conference room.”か“I'll
show you to the conference room.”がベスト。
受付は、“I'm taking you to the conference room.”は使うべきでは
ありません。このシチュエーションに合わないです）
いかがですか？
使い分けのルールに関しては、will は「意志」で、会話の最中に決めた
ことに対して使い、現在進行形はごく近い未来の予定に対して使う、など
諸説ありますが、ケースバイケースのことも多いので、注意しながら
たくさんの例文に触れていきましょう☆
